ALLEN KEY LOW PROFILE HEAD BOLT


Machined from Ergal 7075 T6 bars through CNC machineries.

Thanks to material and machining technologies these bolts weight less than 60% compared to the steel bolts. We took care of any details and the quality of these screws surely gives your bike a beautiful look.

They are available in 5 wonderful anodized colours. In this way you can choose what you better like for the personalization of your bike.

Ergal is suitable to use in ALL NON-SAFETY CRITICAL AREAS e.g. mudguards, screens, fairings, engine casings, huggers, fuel caps, fuel cap surround, number plates, lamp units, exhaust cans, heel plates, clutch levers, exhaust manifold brackets and so on.

DO NOT USE ERGAL IN ANY SAFETY CRITICAL AREA! e.g. frame, engine main bolts, brake calipers, brake discs, handle bars, triple tree, rear set..

Ordering the correct size:

- choose the diameter of the thread

- check the diameter of the head

- indicate the bolt's length (length is taken from below the head)


Diameter of the head:

- M5 bolts: 12mm
- M6 bolts: 14mm


Tightening torque:

- M5 bolts: 3.00 Nm
- M6 bolts: 5.20 Nm
