The radical and sophisticated design gives our fuel caps an elegant touch while maintaining the racing style typical of Evotech products.

Characteristics:

- serie/perfect matching with the original tank components
- a new and EvoTech exclusive labyrinth for fuel venting
- the parts are CNC machined completly from aluminum billet
- the diameter of fuel opening is larger then OEM for quicker refueling on the track.
- Fuel caps are available in six different colours, in this way you can “mix and match” the two parts (inner cap and outer mounting part) and make the complete kit according to your personal requirements. In all, 36 different combinations can be created. In addition you can fit also our ergal bolts kit on the tank cap getting 180 different colour combinations.

The outer ring that fits on the tank has been designed to comply to the different model bikes for easy installation.
The junction ferrules are integrated in the cap so dimensions are the same as the original caps, in this way the fuel releasing system and its functionality are guaranteed.
We also decided to put an o-ring between the two parts in order to avoid any loss of fuel and to maintain the correct pressure.

The innovative fuel releasing system is perfectly suitable for the use of Evotech gas caps on track where the sudden longitudinal speeding up (acceleration and stop) and the cross/transversal speeding up (cornering) are common.

The innovative fuel venting system is designed to create a sort of labyrinth between the two final points of the system. When you close the cap, a well calibrated closing system allows the communication between the inner and external part. Consequently, with the usual decrease of fuel, this system avoids depressurization and any fuel pump malfunctions are prevented.
Likewise, if the tank is exposed to a heat source, the fuel venting system avoids any pressure increase.

The benefit of the labyrinth shape is better demonstrated during the fast, sudden and typical accelerations of performance driving and racing. In fact this type of driving combined with a simple system of releasing may cause the loss of fuel.
Through the labyrinth system this problem is avoided because the fuel is forced to go back in the tank.
